John will be your coach throughout the program and your business will benefit directly from his extensive knowledge and experience in your industry.

If you do the work required to implement the changes that your business needs, then yes, the program will work for your business.

John will show you proven alternatives for each system or process that needs improving in your business. If you are open to making changes and devoting time to John’s suggestions each month, this program will work for you.

If you are not ready to commit at least 6 hours a month (including a Zoom meeting with John) to work on the suggested improvements, the program will have less impact.

Everybody will progress and learn at a different pace. The more work you put in during the first few months of working with John, the faster you will be able to achieve your goals for your business. On average, 20 months will give you a sound understanding of how to run your business more effectively and profitably.

Planning session

We begin with a planning session that enables us to define your business frustrations, areas to improve, and goals. We then create a plan to solve problems, improve processes/systems, and achieve your goals.

John will explain the first task or concept in the plan and show you how to approach it. At the end of the meeting, John will send you an email highlighting your action steps to take within 2 or 4 weeks. Templates, systems, and/or examples will be provided by John to assist you in making your journey much easier.

John will not give you too much to do each month or change systems that are already working well in your business; instead, implementation of task/s will be encouraged at a comfortable pace.

Following sessions

John will meet with you once every fortnight or month for about 90 minutes to track your progress, discuss any issues that are bothering you, and help you find a solution. Then he will discuss the next task or concept and explain how it will work. John will always be on call to help you in between meetings. If you get stuck or need help with any business decisions, problems or implementing a process, you can contact him and expect a quick response.

With Landscapers Coach, your return on investment is between 2 to 5 times the cost of our coaching fees within the first 12 months.
